Jacques Accarias de Serionne

Жак Аккария де Серионн
1706–1792?

From a merchant family. Studied law at the University of Valence. Queen's Counsel (1736). In 1758 he left France and settled in Amsterdam, where he took up publishing. Published the Journal de Commerce. Presumably, he died in 1792 in Vienna, in the service of the Habsburg monarchy. Author of a number of works, in particular, "Les Intérêts des nations de l'Europe développés relativement au commerce", published in Leiden with a dedication to Catherine II, as well as several translations.
